Artist Statement: Dance is my biological bliss, electrifying every aspect of my life.
Alex is a phenomenal personal trainer and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is just beginning or has significant experience working out. I started working with her because I felt like I had maxed out with the dance classes that I had been taking for years. I have since gained a lot of strength and am now seeing continuous improvement outside of just training. In addition, she is fun and very thoughtful. On the rare occasion that I have an injury or a specific muscle group that I am interested in working on, she is excellent at adjusting routines. The sessions are never boring, so that you always want to go back.– Gabby
