Chase has been an independent strength, conditioning, and nutrition coach since February 2016. Prior to that, he worked at Fitness Formula Clubs in the West Loop and Equinox in Lincoln Park. He holds bachelor degree’s in Fine Arts and Business Administration from East Carolina University. Chase is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor (SFG), a Precision Nutrition Coach (Pn), and an experienced powerlifter. When he’s not training at FitPro West, you can find him teaching at Rebell Strength & Conditioning on the North Side of Chicago.
I work with professional desk jockeys and performers. My services include private training, semi-private training, and nutrition coaching. Everything is 100% customized to the individual, as we are all different. I help people get strong, feel great, look good, and move better. And we have fun doing it.
