During our initial 15-minute consultation, we listen and learn to what clients are looking for. Based on this information, along with which day and time you prefer to train, we select a trainer that is your best match.
On average, members have 2-3 sessions per week for first 3 months of their membership. Session frequency can be scaled up or down on a monthly basis.
FitPro trainers provide general nutrition guidelines combined with supplement recommendations that are safe and effective based on your goals.
