Ross’ passion for fitness started as a personal journey five years ago. Overweight and unhealthy, he made a lifestyle change centered around working out and eating healthy. His passion transformed into a career helping others reach their fitness goals and making it a way of life. Ross uses a training philosophy focused on dynamic warm ups, core stability, metabolic conditioning, plyometrics, traditional and functional strength training. In addition to being NASM certified, Ross is a graduate from Columbia College Chicago with a B.A. in print journalism (sports concentration) and has a minor in radio. In addition to training, Ross is also a sports writer and has written numerous health and fitness blogs.
Training with Ross has made me much more fit and I can really see the changes in my body. His workouts are challenging but worth it because I know that they are working. My clothes fit far better and I am especially happy that I have dropped a couple of sizes.
