Alex is a graduate from The University of Illinois in Chicago. He received his B.S. in Kinesiology with a focus in exercise and Health Promotion.

“My passion for health and fitness originated from years of playing club soccer at collegiate level. It is through these experiences that I am able to understand the importance of incorporating fitness as a part of my routine and more importantly, help clients live their best life. My training style incorporates evidence-based exercise practices that generate the safest and most effective life style habits. I’m looking forward to continuing my education with a Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and helping my clients perform at their highest capacity”.
