We can’t wait to introduce you to MYZONE, a super accurate exercise tracker that will ensure that you get the most out of each workout. At its most basic level, the technology tracks your heart rate, exercise time and calories burned during a workout.
No matter what exercise type you select on any given day – running, cycling, boxing or anything else – the tracker uses its data (heart rate, exercise time and calories burned) in real time to tracks the levels of intensity, or “zones,” that you hit throughout your workout. More intense workouts will lead to higher zones.
