Ross Read NSCA-CPT, TPI Level 1
Ross has a passion for fitness and takes great pride in helping others. His path towards training started with his own weight loss journey, and now having kept over 60 lbs off he helps others achieve their fitness journey.
It’s easy to classify Ross as a Functional Strength Coach or Athletic Performance Trainer but he’s more than that. With over five years of training experience and thousands of training sessions completed, Ross has the knowledge, temperament and professionalism people of all fitness levels seek.
Ross has certifications from NASM, CFSC, TPI-Titleist Institute and EXOS. He believes every person can train like an athlete and every person has the right to feel better and stronger than yesterday.
In addition to training, Ross is also an accomplished writer and co-host of The Mac & Read Podcast. In his free time, Ross loves movies, music, a good podcast and spending time with his friends, wife and son.
Training with Ross has made me much more fit and I can really see the changes in my body. His workouts are challenging but worth it because I know that they are working. My clothes fit far better and I am especially happy that I have dropped a couple of sizes.
