Ryan Taylor is the owner and founder of Training by Taylor LLC, since 2014. I achieved bachelor’s degrees in both Kinesiology and Human Nutrition from Kansas State University. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

I use the FMS movement screen during the initial consultation to fully evaluate movement and deliver an truly individual program. I understand the importance of balancing a realistic nutrition plan along with fitness. Being a Certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach (PN1), I will bring the client the complete fitness experience. All nutrition and exercise programs are fully customized to meet the needs of the individual and systematically achieve the top results. I have been involved in fitness for 10+ years and a trainer for over 7. I have experience in and developing programs for powerlifting, collegiate athletics, natural bodybuilding, obstacle races.

Whether your goal is to maximize fat loss, muscle mass and strength or just to move and feel better, I can provide a customized fitness and nutrition plan to get you to where you want to be. I am an avid reader and learner and constantly keeping up with the new technology and trends and will sift through the “junk” out there to keep my clients on the right track.
