Movement Matters Women’s Strength Seminar
Come to FitPro West this Saturday, September 14th at 3 p.m. for this FREE seminar! FitPro’s elite level trainers, Vince Alessia, Alex Martinez and Will Thompson, will be focusing on movements to help women improve their weightlifting effectiveness. The techniques will include how to hinge, squat, press and pull. Attend the seminar to learn more about how the techniques will impact your bodies’ ability to lift!
Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation Classes
Join us on Sunday mornings at FitPro West for Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation Classes! Starting this Sunday, September 15th at 8 a.m., LaMarr Mangus will be hosting the first session. For $15 (members) or $25 (non-members), paid at time of class, you can attend this course and unwind from your week and prepare for the week ahead. FitPro Warrior Sunday Showdown
This Sunday, September 15th at 10 a.m., FitPro West will be hosting the first ever FitPro Warrior Sunday Showdown, led by FitPro’s Dave Wright! For $20, you can come and push yourself to new limits.
